What is your service area?
For work requiring field visits we mainly work in Southern California, although we will work across state lines on a case by case basis. For all other engineering solutions we are licensed and qualified to work anywhere nationwide and worldwide.
Do you specialize in any area?
We have tons of experience in all residential development from single family dwellings to multi-family complexes. For commercial we can do ground up or tenant improvements. We have experience with office, retail, restaurant, medical, hotel, school, and warehouse projects.
What if construction is already done?
We have tons of experience and success in helping clients obtain permits for work that’s already been completed. We can help you legalize your building with the proper plans.
How long does it take to get a permit?
Turnaround for various projects differs depending on size and complexity. But usually, we will complete initial plan sets within 2-3 weeks. After that, some cities have a set amount of time to process your permit.

President
Diaa holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE). He started his career over 20 years ago in civil infrastructure, managing projects worth billions of dollars, and then pivoted to commercial and residential development. He has a vast knowledge of building code and experience at the highest levels of planning and design.
